Returns

• Returns can be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.
  
  
• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  
  
• Products must be unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in original packaging along with proof of purchase.
  
  
• A complete, unedited parcel opening video is mandatory for return approval.
  
  
• Without the unboxing video, the return cannot be processed.
  
  
• Refunds are issued within 7–10 working days after pickup and verification.
  
  
• Items purchased during sale are final and non-returnable.

Shipping & Information

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of successful payment. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours. It remains closed on national holidays.
